Subscription cancellation, refunds, or billing questions
Apple and Google handle billing for the App Store and Google Play. We can point you in the right direction, but only Apple or Google can process refunds or cancel subscriptions on your behalf.
- iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → KaleWay
- Android: Google Play app → Profile → Subscriptions → KaleWay

Privacy requests (delete my data, what data do you have, etc.)
Write to support@kaleway.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We respond within 45 days. See our Privacy Policy for the full list of rights.
Mental health crisis or eating disorder support
KaleWay is not equipped for crisis support. If you are in a mental health emergency, please reach out to a real person:

Press, partnerships, or business inquiries
These are different from product support. For now, write to support@kaleway.com with the subject line "Press" or "Partnership," and we'll route from there. (As we grow, we'll add a dedicated channel.)
What to expect when you write to us.
Our small team responds to support emails Monday through Friday, U.S. Eastern Time. We typically reply within one business day. Sometimes a complex issue takes longer; if it does, we'll let you know we're working on it rather than leave you wondering.
We don't outsource support. The person who reads your message is part of the team building KaleWay. We use what we hear from you to make the product better.
