The real problem

You've done
this before.

A note from the team, before we ask for anything.

Counted. Restricted. Started over. Shamed yourself. And somehow ended up back here, on a Monday morning, promising yourself this time. That's not a willpower problem — that's a method problem. KaleWay is the method.

The method

Three pillars. Working together, not against you.

Pillar 01 · Nutrition

Meals you actually want to eat.

KaleAI builds your plan around your life — your cravings, your restrictions, your schedule. No color-coded foods. No "cheat" days. Just real meals, really planned.

  • Weekly meal plans that flex with your week
  • Grocery lists auto-built for your meals
  • Restrictions respected: PCOS, gluten, vegan, dairy, more
Pillar 02 · Movement

Exercise that meets you where you are.

Fifteen minutes at home or a full gym session. Your schedule, your energy, your call — and KaleAI adjusts when life doesn't cooperate.

  • Home or gym workouts, no equipment required
  • Programs that scale with your pace
  • No streak shame when you miss a day
Pillar 03 · Mind

The part most apps skip.

Your cravings have a pattern. So does the voice that tells you you've already ruined the day. KaleAI helps you see both — so you can change them, not just resist them.

  • Trap Cards: plan ahead for your triggers
  • Your Why List: the reasons you'll reread at 10pm
  • Real-time support when the craving hits

Meet her

She remembers. She doesn't judge. She stays.

KaleAI is the wise friend you've been trying to be for yourself — wrapped into one. She remembers what you told her Tuesday. She knows the way you spiral after a hard day. She's not a coach. She's not a therapist. She's the one who's still there at 10pm, when the kitchen calls.

Not a chatbot. A character.

Why it works
0%

of users in a psychology-based program maintained 5%+ weight loss a full year later.¹

Diets fail. Habits don't.

The research on weight loss converges on one finding: sustained change comes from psychology, not restriction. Cognitive behavioral therapy. Implementation intentions. Motivation that's internal, not external. These are the tools that keep the weight off after the diet ends — and they're the foundation of everything KaleAI does with you.

"Participants in CBT-based weight management programs were three times more likely to maintain clinically significant weight loss than those in calorie-restricted programs alone."
— Jacob et al., Journal of Obesity, 2023
Real women

You're not the first to feel this. You won't be alone in changing it.

Elena M. · 29 · Oregon

I was doing CBT with a therapist and cobbling together meal plans from four different apps. The tools were all there. Nothing was talking to each other. KaleAI is what I was trying to build for myself, manually, at midnight — except she remembers what I told her."

Lost 18 lbs in 7 months Stopped starting over
Jenna T. · 45 · Texas

"Perimenopause hit me like a wall. KaleWay was the first thing that talked about what was happening in my body and my head at the same time."

Priya R. · 42 · California

"I'm not tracking calories for the first time in ten years. But honestly the bigger thing is I stopped feeling bad about food."

On a GLP-1?

GLP-1 handles the biology. We handle the habits that make it last.

Ozempic, Wegovy, and Mounjaro reshape your hunger. The research is clear, though: most people regain weight when they stop. KaleWay is the behavioral layer that keeps the results — the habits, the mindset, the routines your body was still learning. With your medication, not instead of it.

KaleWay is not a medical provider. Always coordinate weight management decisions with your prescribing clinician.

Questions

The things. Most people want to know.

Short answers to the five things we hear most. For anything else, the full FAQ has you covered.

More questions
Is KaleWay just another diet?

No. Diets are rules imposed from outside — eat less of this, more of that, nothing after 8pm. KaleWay works the other direction: it helps you see why you eat the way you eat, and builds the habits that make sustainable change possible. You'll eat real food. You'll have real meals. But the mechanism isn't restriction — it's method.

Does KaleAI replace my therapist or doctor?

No, and she'll be the first to tell you. KaleAI is trained to support behavior change around food and movement. She's not a licensed clinician, and when something sits outside her scope — disordered eating patterns, depression, medical questions — she points you toward the right human support. She's the wise friend, not the specialist.

Do I have to count calories?

No. KaleAI does the planning around your preferences; you don't need to track a single macro. If you want to log meals for awareness, you can — but the point of KaleWay is to stop making eating a math problem. Most users never touch the tracking features.

What happens when I fall off track?

Nothing dramatic. There's no streak to break, no shame notification, no "we haven't seen you in 3 days" guilt-trip push. KaleAI picks up wherever you left off. The whole product is built on the assumption that life is messy — we expected the hard days when we designed it.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription from inside the app in under a minute, no phone call, no cancellation survey, no "are you sure?" maze. We offer a free trial with full access before any charge, and we'll remind you before it ends.

KaleAI, waiting.
